1) Pick your favorite "green lettuce"(I love Romaine or Iceberg).
2) Now the fun part, VEGGIES! I love a small amount of my absolute favorites, Olives, Celery, Red Cabbage, a few carrots,(since I was small I've always munched on the baby carrots..) and the super small tomatoes.
3) I either like Mozzarella or cheddar cheeses, if I really want to feel the texture of the cheese(like today), I pick Mozzarella.
4) I almost always go to Ranch, but if Im feeling like I want way more flavor I also love blue cheese.
NOTE--->Some days, even I dont want to cook, or its just way to hot or cold to think of anything other then vegetables or soups. Salad bars at supermarkets are wonderful ways to still eat healthy and get a good meal. And of corse, your favorite organic juices are a wonderful way to get that extra fullness into your tummy;).
