Leftover Potato Chili Cheese Fries
1) Pre-heat grill pan, and spray with a olive oil cooking spray(or your fries will stick).
2) Place fries on grill.
3) While fries are grilling, slowly re-heat the chili, and shred your cheese(I didn't have any leftover shredded cheese, but you can definitely use pre shredded cheese for this.)
4) To assemble, put fries on a plate, spoon chili over fries, add cheese(no need to broil cheese, it will melt instantly with the heat from the potatoes and chili), and dollop a spoonful(or several) of sour cream.
NOTE--->These potato wedges were leftover from my "Herbes De Provence" chicken,(the spices wont affect the taste of the chili). If you would like to start from scratch, I'd recommend making plane baked potatoes, and seasoning them on the grill with salt and pepper. The chili was leftover from a store bought chili(or you could even use the "Vegetarian Chili" leftovers in this recipe on my "recipes before and after".)
