This recipe was simple, yet extremely flavorful. I loved the combination of the dried Garlic, Basil, along with the fresh Rosemary and Thyme. And I've never basted a Chicken before, and it really made it so tender it was almost hard to carve, it turned into shredded Chicken, but still incredible flavor.
NOTE--> Again I don't drink, and this recipe called for White Wine, I just left out the Wine and used Chicken Stock and Olive Oil, and it still tasted wonderful.
